Comment by Dr Ndiba Wairioko on September 18, 2008 at 12:38am - A portal would be a good idea and probably more sustainable in the long run as opposed to a wiki or social network where participation reduces with time in the absence of Topical Issues, an eHealth newsfeed would also be a useful tool
